Friendly staff who answered my questions after I reserved a unit online and before I came in to secure it. The rate online was honored. The rental office and the storage facility were clean and no bad odors. Maybe a little dust here and there. Some on the floor in my unit. Hey, it is a storage facility. There are carts at the door to help move items and a clean restroom.

Mikaila was very nice and helpful. She explained everything to us from the hours they are open to the security cameras and everything in between. Size is just what we needed, and price is not to bad.
